2. How to make the seed coating with pearl pigment?
The 1st thing to prepare is mixing with pearl pigment, required seed, water and pelleting powder.The related process is as follows: A: fill the seeds and start to open the coating equipment. B: Put some water C: Add pelleting powder slowly D: Inject the slurry mixed with pearl pigment powder E: Increase speed of rotary F: Do the above C and D again within 10-15 minutes G: Add finishing powder and check coating seed size
