Description:
1, Yellow granular: With very good weather resisting property, thermal aging resistivity,
Resistance to chemical attack, oil resistivity, ozone resistivity and fire resistance property. Solubility: Soluble in toluen and xylene, ester solvent;
2, White powder or yellow granular:
it is a polypropylene derivatives containing Cl groups in its Chemical Structures;
It is an environmentally friendly method of solvent process;
Non-toxic, tasteless, no solvent residue, fast dissolving, good filming and good adhesion.

Applications

Potential Applications:

Mainly used as adhesive agent of printing ink and plastic paint.
Such as printing ink of gravure ink, coating for BOPP film, laminated board of PP film and skidproof agent of PP packing etc.

Packing & storage:
1, White powder: 20kgs/bag, 1X20`FCL can load 6-7mts with pallet.
Yellow particle: 20kgs/Carton, 1X20`FCL can load 11.2mts with pallet.
2, store in a cool, dry place. Avoid light.

Application:
1. Major resin of the printing ink for intaglio printing with BOPP-film (Bi-axially Oriented Polypropylene).
2. Coating for BOPP film and adhesive for the double-layered PP film, pp film-paper, etc. in Packaging Industry.
3. Adhesive for coatings on polypropylene profiles.

 


Packing and Quantity:
Granular CPP is packed in 20kgs carton, around 12/20'fcl with pallet or 14mts/20'fcl without pallet.
Powder CPP is packed in 20kgs paper bag, around 5mts/20'fcl with pallet or 6mts/20'fcl without pallet.
Storage: Keep in cool, dry place with ventilation equipment, far away from high temperature and sunshine.
Shelf life: Within 12 months.
